The following policies are designed to ensure you fully enjoy your spa experience.We pride ourselves on providing the best service to ensure your utmost safety and hygiene.

  • 24 hour cancellation policy for single appointments.
  • 48 hour cancellation policy for multiple appointments or Spa Packages. (Booking two or more people in for one service each, is considered multiple appointments).
  • Failure to notify Modern Medi Spa of your cancellation will result in a 100% late cancellation charge.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure appropriate paperwork is filled out and service can start on time.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire.

    • Please notify Modern Medi Spa within one week of the service date with any problem and/or concerns regarding your service. We will gladly correct the problem, as refunds will not be given. In the case of manicure and pedicure services: we do not guarantee that the polish will last a specified time period.

    “No Show” Policy: If you have not shown up for an appointment, future bookings will have to be secured with a credit card.
